A journalist asked Mikhail Gorbachev whether things might have
turned out differently if Nikita Khrushchev had been assassinated
instead of John F. Kennedy. Mr. Gorbachev thought for a moment,
then replied:
"Yes, I do not believe Aristotle Onassis would have married
Mrs. Khrushchev."
